Sorry.....Your dollars, your car, & so, of course your choice, BUT, not my choice, so I don't like it.
In Europe, Ford released a version of the mighty Focus RS with a 3M "Wrap", with a similar "look" to this car.....vulnerable to all sorts of stuff....scuffs, bird poo, petrol stains (around filler area)....and just all the sorts of stuff one encounters in everyday use....I know this is not a "wrap", but I'd simply rather have the "paint colour" of my choice.

I asked multiple people who actually own a MB with the magno paint and they all said it is not that bad to care for and is more durable than 3rd hand accounts on the internet would have you believe.

My comments were also based on a 3M "WRAP" applied to a limited build RS Focus in the UK....I do understand that your car is a genuine "painted" car, which may not be subject to the same durabilty issues as a 3M "wrap".
Do you have any special instructions with respect to your paint....ie, a particular kind of polish?

my winter tires haven't arrived yet and according to law i can't drive without even though it's 6° C out there (so above freezing point).

A couple of fast cars.
Yes there are special care instructions.
I drove in pouring rain last night and got home dried the car, what I have found so far is:
1. Swirl marks don't show at all (of course I'm pulling the microfiber towel in one direction like a chamois)
2. Because it's not glossy dust doesn't look dusty, which is great for a black car!
3. Not so hard to maintain, just have to be more meticulous about checking for bugs and bird droppings
4. Touchless car wash is the way to go
5. Water spots appear instantly, have to make sure it's thoroughly dry
6. Get more looks/questions in the car than any I have owned including Boss 302 Laguna Seca (yeah, not about paint care just wanted to point it out)
I highly suggest carrying around a bunch of microfiber towels and probably some simple green.

That is correct. the Matte Magno Paint is extremely hard to keep clean but boy when that thing is clean it's a neck breaker! I mean come on I know you don't mind keeping your brand new C63C clean; it is your new baby! Cheers on the car mate.
