Not yet. I did email Mercedes Canada and expressed my disappointment about not having the adequate supply for the amount of vehicles that could be purchased during this promotion. Just got a short, cheap response of "we're working on it, sorry!". My dealership told me I'm one of 8 people waiting for their winter wheels and tires, and they are completely backordered on the wheels. No ETA, but dealer did mention they were told they were supposed to get shipments mid January and mid February to meet demand, but still haven't received the so called January shipment...

I phoned MB Canada Customer Service. Not much help so far. They promised to get back to me with an estimate but they of course did not phone me back as promised.

I'm holding up the purchase till I get the winter package as I won't drive the car without it.

on the same boat, my sales guy just told me that its gonna be another 3-4 weeks for the rims.

I've got my new coupe. But they still don't have my winter rims....they have the tires, but no rims. But whatever, it's been in the pluses since I picked it up so it's ok so far as I stick to short mid day trips so as to avoid ice.

At least the motors are being broken in gently....at least I hope no one's punching the throttle in cold weather with performance tires on...

I just got a call from Markham Mercedes to pick up my rims and tires, for my delivery on December 31 2011.

They also offered to pay my January lease payment as I could not drive the car.

I called the manager numerous times and he never responded so I called headquarters and they managed to get the manager to call me within 5 mins. amazing sometimes.

Hope you all get your winter packages soon.

Maybe I should call...I don't have a great excuse as the roads here are dry and its been abnormally warm for January. I tried emailing them and this was their reply:

"We sincerely regret the delay in the dealerships receiving the entire no-charge AMG winter packages for the 2012 C63 AMG Sedan & Coupe, E63 AMG Sedan & Wagon, CLS63 AMG, S-Class AMG and CL-Class AMG.

We have contacted our parts technical team and were advised that they are currently working with our parent company Daimler AG in expediting the packages as soon as possible. Regrettably, we have not been given a release date, however all the dealerships will be notified as soon as the package are received in our distribution centre in Toronto.

Thank you for taking the time to write. We regret that we are unable to provide a favourable response at this time."

I just put summers on my M3... It will be touch and go here for a bit but it's definitely sweet not being on winters with no snow around...

I took delivery of my C63 this time last year. Given the circumstances I bet if you pushed for trunk money instead of tires they'd do it and you'd have your car. You can drive it on summers in this weather. Go and pick up a cheap set of winter wheels off tirerack and start enjoying your car!

lol I took delivery last Wednesday. Been enjoying it with this excellent weather we've been having! I tried to get $$$ instead of the wheels, but they wouldn't have it. Would have preferred finding my own set, but alas, it is what it is...

I think they are giving you the ones they originally ordered for me (and I will get yours when they come) as I don't actually "need" mine given I already have a winter set up. You can thank me later

Thanks that was the plan , but after a few calls to customer service
I was assured that a larger shipment of wheels was arriving on
Monday to take care of most back orders.

I'll see what these wheels will look like.

The tires are there now, Michelin.

Keeping my fingers crossed some of those wheels go to Calgary...my parts guy said it wouldn't surprise him if winter came and went and I still didn't see my winter wheels and tires lol...

They must have a lot of storage room My Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and 19" 16 spoke wheels are there too. If they get a the winter packages in (don't know how many) that would be a lot of wheels and tires sitting around for pick up.

Only the two of us qualified for the AMG winter package at our dealer.

I see your tires in the welcome bay, your wheels must be in the stock room.

BTW, MB Canada rep told me our winters will have TPMS included ( I was worried they would not).

These guys really have to learn how to sell cars without pissing off the new owners. This is a good case for study in business school of how to over promise and under deliver.
