How old do you have to be to own an AMG?
Just want to get people's opinions on how people think you have to be to own an AMG. My opinion is 22+

I'm 28 YO and looking fwd to hopefully owning an AMG soon.

I say as long as your mature enough and financially stable to own an AMG then there is no certain age.

True I bought a c36 amg when I was 16 still haven't crashed it(now 17.5), hoping to get a c63 in like 7-8 years from now. Ps my c36 is slow compared to a c63 but it still is a tricky car to drive in the wet.

I got mine at a very young age so I would say it depends on a person's maturity, respect, and level of appreciation for owning such a beast. I do however agree that the satisfaction of making your own money and buying one by yourself makes owning any car a very humbling and appreciative experience.

Alot of people assume when they see a young kid driving a nice expensive car that he is ether spoiled or going to beat the ****t outta the car. But when u respect and work hard for it you deserve it. I will say i have done a few burn outs but other than that i baby my car like its my first born lol

Hey just a curious question. What do you do or did to able to afford a brand new C63 AMG Coupe?

I'm 20 years old so I'm looking at picking up a used E63 AMG PP in the future when the price drops and drop a tune on it.

Considering i didnt go to school, and all i do is work and make a great paycheck every week i just put the money on the side. And o yea JORDANS do come into play with me being able to get the car lol. They are a great investment hahaha

The problem is that when people see you in an AMG, they don't believe that a kid in their 20's could own such a machine. You get the 'Daddy bought you a nice car' or 'Spoiled rich kid' remarks.

Investment and a decent job. Got it. Smart choice btw to not go to school. My own pops used to lecture me on that to not go to school and just work and gain experience and move on up somewhere etc.

I probably should've done that instead of gone to University haha.
