And is there a champagne room with strippers and blow and a guy named Hans in latex lederhosen or is it more of an old man in an ultrasuede sport coat and a seiko sporting his wife in a pantsuit kinda place?

Just kidding......but seriously - they won't let us cheese eatin syrup guzzlers in there. Can somebody help me cos I wanna see what my motor builder Ozan Issiz looks like, and just have sniff around.

Can someone sneak me in?

Putting in your AMG VIN didn't work?

Use United States as country when registering. If you're having trouble email: marketing-amg@daimler.com.

You get free stuff from AMG. You can talk to reps directly. You most likely won't be able to see what your engine builder looks like, but they can help you organize a trip to Affalterbach and meet him in person.

Seems like the website is having issues. I'm getting random results from trying to register. I just emailed the address master listed.

If your AMG had a previously owner, they could have registered the car already. That could be the caused of your issue. Contact MBUSA, so that they can register the car under your name. Try this http://www.mercedes-amg.com/privatelounge

I did get on. My VIN did not work, so I called and explained that I was having all some trouble getting on the registration page. They gave me a username and a password. All I had to do is change the password on the first login.

Which number did you call? I don't see a phone number on the AMG site.

Hi from Aus.
I didn't know about the "AMG Lounge", which they say is not available for Aus....yet.....but I did "register" (with "your" info) using my email address, & they say I'm now "registered" & will receive "updates".
Is there anything further I should do.....I was not asked for a VIN or any other car details?
Cheers, Pickles.

No options for canadians. And we own a ton of these things. Swear to god I see a half dozen a day, and I think that's unusual.

Anyways. I will email and bluff my way past the doorman.
Pickles....I think you've just given them your info in case they unlock it in Oz cos to get access you have to give your vin.

They should let you guys on. Most of the forums are pretty dead. They could use more members.

Yeah, there is no point in having separate lounges for each country. They will more than welcome you in even if you don't live in the U.S. Plus, they'll send you some AMG goodies.

It's a nice forum, a lot of members here are members there as well.

I emailed over a year ago and I was told there was nothing for Canadians but they had plans for 2011. Well nothing has been presented to us so far. I think a few Canadians have gotten around the guardians one way or another using American Vins I imagine.

I got on as my 2008 C63 was one of the first in canada and for some reason it has a VIN number from the USA, the Private Lounge team investigated as I was a canadian with a USA VIN#, I spoke to my dealer and thought that was odd as my car was a canadian car...oh well, worked out well as I am an active member on that forum and there are many many interesting forums with tonnes of info.

Canadians are not allowed in the front door. -------But if you knock on the backdoor three times, bring a bottle of Canadian Club & your little sister (the pretty one) I'll let you in.

CE told me a year or so ago that the whole thing was going to be redone with global access for all AMG owners, mobile version, etc. etc. I don't think he gave me a time, but I was expecting it by now. Hopefully the site will be upgraded soon. It does need more traffic but is a bit more mature than this site. Which can be both good and bad.
