So, I purchased a 2012 C63 last November but have yet to receive a Thank You note or letter of sorts from MBUSA.

Should I be expecting something in the mail? A gift? A Card? ANYTHING?

My salesman thank me for giving him more than I should have. He also promised AMG goodies (did not ask he just offered) in the mail. (hat, keychain, etc.) Never got any. I do get this 3 seconds of euphoria every time I start the car in the morning.

I asked because I've seen/heard from other MB owners that they have received gifts in the mail from MBUSA. I too received a nice leather wallet with my last purchase.

No harm in asking man. When I bought my 09 MB sent me a $100 saks gift card and dealer gave me some AMG stuff. MB thing as a program most people got, the AMG stuff was just the dealer giving it to me. If they still had that AMG academy trip going that would be huge!

you.....
the more you drive your MB, the more it gets exposure and the more
people end up wanting a car that looks as cool, AND protects them as well
as you MB does....

i think of it as if we owe them a thank you for creating a monster for us to drive . i belong to the Private Lounge and they have given me a bunch of things so i guess i did get some AMG goodies for being an owner .

When I picked up my car to sign the papers I told my SR to seal the deal with a CF AMG plate. He ate orange and said k. MBUSA also thanked me with a $100 gift card, dvd, and a booklet. I get a $50 service coupon every few months.
