2nd Black Series Sighting... seriously?
I was coming from cars and coffee meet from Irvine. This is already in Carson area and I saw this.
I came to his side as we roll along and gave him a couple of revs. He probably already saw me and just gave me a grin. I was just shaking my head and gave him a thumbs up! What a great finale to our morning cruise.

Saw a E63 coupe for the first time lol going into Jersey. He had NY plates though and some ridiculous 20" rims. Couldn't snap a picture but you can imagine how bad it looked.

. He also replaced the OEM exhaust tips with quad exhaust (non-AMG). He did have a really nice vented carbon fiber hood though. You know what they say, different strokes for different folks

I also have witnessed the mystical E63 coupe in southern california. This guy went as far as to put the "6.3 AMG" badging on the side of the front wheel fenders . He also replaced the OEM exhaust tips with quad exhaust (non-AMG). He did have a really nice vented carbon fiber hood though. You know what they say, different strokes for different folks

You know what they say, different strokes for different folks Normal people can't tell the difference between AMG vs normal Benz, especially can't tell a difference as to just putting an AMG badge on the trunk vs. trunk badge+fender badges+CF hood+quad tips. So why go through all that trouble and be laughed at.

I agree. Thats way too much trouble and money to waste. Especially when the only people that will notice the difference between a regular Benz and an AMG, will also know that there is no such thing as an E63 AMG coupe.

That reminds me of when I just picked up my c63 coupe. One guy in the bestbuy parking lot came up to me and said nice car. I sad thanks and he told me to look at his. I looked at his car and replied with I love the S550.
He got really angry! He said its not an S550 its an S55 (looked at the back and sure enough he took the 0 off).
So I thought I'd have a little fun, I asked him what happened to the wheels, brakes, interior, body kit etc... he replied " It has the optional Discreet package". I couldn't hold it together. I also said that I thought they stopped with the 55's on the older body, he told me that I'm just jealous that I couldn't afford his car, so I said " My car's sticker is over 74... " and I stopped.
I thought to myself, whats the point of arguing with this idiot and walked away. He was mad!! (not to mention his paint had absolutely no luster, those $5 car washes really did a number on his car, swirl galore!
