San Diego Dyno Day @ ACG - 18FEB
Hey everyone. I'm working with James @ ACG to have a dyno day, BBQ, & Meet/Greet. If we have 5 or more cars, it will be $75 per car. They do have an AWD-capable Mustang Dyno. If you're interested in coming, please indicate so in this thread.
The shop is located very close to MB San Diego, so you can pick up some spare parts or get some warranty work, too.
See you there!

I bought a gaggle of cars the last two days. A 280SL, 3 Porsches and a Range Rover. They should all be delivered by then. I'm in for sure.

Looking great so far. If you do plan on making it, please post in the other thread. Even if you are going to show and not dyno, still post in there as I've heard there may be food involved.

A head count is very important as we want to make sure we have enough food for all those who plan to attend...
We also might have to clean what is being rumored as a 2 car tire shack of a shop

Wish I could make it but I am planning on going to a track day with a few friends on that day. The track is a lil too small for a big, heavy car like mine so I'm just going to go and watch/ride with my friends. If things fall through, I'll most likely show up to the gtg to just hang.

I just wanted to thank James, Peter and all the guys at ACG for having a great event where everyone could meet and have some great company and great food. It was terrific of them to spend their Saturday working, interacting with all the attendees and for their guys to stand over a hot grill all day making excellent burgers and snacks.
I know I really appreciated it and my 993 Vert will be going in within a week or so to get a supercharger installed so it can keep up as best as it can with its bigger turbo brothers.
Thanks again guys. I think we all forget that there's a considerable investment in time and money to host one of these events. I hope you guys get some business out of it!

+1 thanks to the entire crew at ACGSD. Saturday was a great time. James replaced my LEDs so now they all work and are the same color. My OCD was killing me. My new brisk spark plugs were installed and make a noticeable difference in smoother acceleration, and the dyno revealed a deficiency in my K2 map in the higher rpms, which James is already working on. It's great to have a shop that stands behind their work and does an outstanding job. Thanks again guys.

I've attached mine for reference from some pulls I made there a couple weeks ago. A bit hard to tell from the pic, but best was 443whp/417wtq. Anxious to see how we compare given the similar mods.

I've been doing great. Finally got a chance to dyno the beast. My results were not as impressive as yours, but they revealed a problem with my air/fuel ratio. My best pull was 418rwhp/391rwtq. Just look at the A/F line compared to your dyno. We both have the K2 tune, so it shouldn't be that different, but it is. James is working on getting a new map to fix it. Hopefully it gets my numbers more or less where they should be.
