Pics from the 2012 Canadian Motorsport Expo
I am planning on getting racing wheels / tires for my car this summer so i was really looking forward to my first Canadian Motorsport Expo to check out all the options.
Some intro pics
My first stop was Forgeline...I have been in contact with them through Facebook and knew they were sending over some top people from the US...they were super helpful and knowledgable!
Their new Daytona Prototype wheel...ultra strong for 200+MPH..very interesting how the three pieces fit together
I have decided that i will go with them..either GA3R or GA1R.

Next stop, Sportscarboutique. I have been to their store and they have a great selection of Alpinestars, Stand21, HRE wheels etc.

I tried on the 1-T
But I ordered the kangaroo leather version, the 1-Z, my third pair of racing shoes! lol
Sportscarboutique's 911 Cup...it will be repainted shortly
Before talking to Forgeline, Volk Racing was at the top of my list..great products

Lots more wheel options...these Vossen wheels would look great on my car except that they dont come smaller than 20" and they are not track spec

thanks...i am torn...my car has matte paint so matte black wheels would probably make more sense but i gotta say that all the red wheels at the show (forgeline and HRE) looked AWESOME in real life!

I still love ur OEM 19's over these.. Just my opinion. But if u get this design, please don't go red... Bad mix with ur matte paint.
