Feeler: 2012 C63 Coupe (Fully Loaded) Lease Takeover
Hey everyone,
As much as it pains me to say it, I'm considering giving up my amazing C63 coupe for the sake of a home purchase.
It's fully loaded (with the exception of Parktronic and illuminated door sills):
Black/Black
Carbon Fiber Trim
Rearview Camera
Limited Slip Differential
Keyless-Go
P31 AMG Development Package
Black Nappa Leather Package
Lighting Package
Lane Tracking Package
I've also added custom textured black 18" Forgestar F14 wheels and Vredestein tires ($3,000) and the new K40 RL360 hidden radar detector/laser diffuser ($2,500). As you can see in the photos, I've tinted the windows and blacked everything out (around $1,000). Everything that's been done is easily reversible to stock and I would be happy to do so.
Now for the numbers:
Remaining months on lease: 42
Miles per year: 12k (can be adjusted within the first year).
Current mileage: 5k
MSRP: $81,445
Monthly payment: $1,443.43
The payment also includes the Dupont interior/exterior protection and warranty, as well as tire and wheel coverage on both sets of wheels/tires. I'm willing to include all of the aftermarket extras at no additional cost ($6,500 value), plus the stock AMG single spoke wheels, brand new stock tires, and offer an incentive of $2,000 cash.
I'm located in Las Vegas and willing to split the shipping for those who would prefer that option.
Please pm me with any questions you may have or if you'd like additional photos. I hate to give up the most incredible car I've ever driven, but I hope to find a good home for it here!
Thank you!

Thank you, everyone! It's the best car I've ever owned and I plan to get another one in the future when the timing is a bit better.
I've increased the incentive to $5,000 cash and placed an ad on Swapalease: http://www.swapalease.com/lease/deta...x?salid=730931

The original price I mentioned included taxes. The actual payment is: $1,336.20 and with the incentive is around $1,250, which is in line with any other fully loaded coupe (MSRP: $81,445). With mine you get $6,500 in upgrades and don't have to wait to have one built or incur any upfront costs.
Also, getting Forgestar F14 wheels can take quite awhile, especially with the custom paint job. For whomever takes over my lease, they'll also have the option of using the stock wheels and selling the F14's for pure profit (I've already had several interested buyers).
Food for thought!

I'm still wondering how this lease exists.
a 48 month lease x $1443/month = 69,264
You can use costcoauto.com to buy this exact configuration for invoice at $75,000 at any time no haggle.
Why not just spend the extra $5,000 (okay i guess taxes adds another $5000) and just own the car outright???
Unless frostc63 owns a business and is writing this lease off of his taxes... then i guess it might make sense why this lease exists.

with a 3.5% interest rate and 75K principle for 48 months, the interest is gonna be 5481.60. so to own the car he's gonna pay an extra 10K rather than 5K.

Still i would think in 4 years and 48,000 miles you could sell this baby for $40 grand easy... or, do something crazy, and keep it.
