My C63 Black Series gets built next week and I'm leaning toward switching it to a ML63 or Cayenne Turbo instead. I don't think the Black is going to be the right car for me as a daily driver.
If you are interested let me know. I want to make sure my salesmen gets the deal. My order is black in color, black matt wheels and back seat option. My order is at MSRP and I don't think the dealer will mark it up.

SLS is more flashy - but given you have the previous BS already, I'd do the big brother SLS! Originally Posted by GuppyC63

I have $500 down. It should be ready for delivery in about 4 weeks.

Price/options? I wonder how much more it costs compared to a C63 coupe with Performance Package.

So that takes the MSRP to $110k. Hmm...that's a lot of money for this car (in the US, at least). With the discounts possible on the regular C63 models, we are looking at a price delta of a lot more than $30k. I am finding it hard to justify this car over a C63PP coupe at say a $37-40k price difference.Originally Posted by VaclavSV

A used 2011 Porsche GT3 RS is closely to the same price range of a new C63 Black Series. Is the new BS really worth of getting?

It's a tough one for sure. The GT3 RS is a truly amazing car, but it may not be fair to compare a used car to a new one. You may be able to pick up a used C63BS for a LOT less a year from now. We know how hard the CLK63BS depreciated, even before they left the showroom! I saw a brand new white CLK63 going for $30k under MSRP!Originally Posted by GuppyC63

So a fair comparison would be to compare the C63BS to other high performance cars in the $110k range (also factor in the heavy depreciation).
ZR1 ($110k base), 2013 GTR ($98k), Audi R8 ($114 base, but options are $$$$)
Future cars: 2013 Viper (~100k?)
