I have one thing unsure about it, after you had the tune, will it still be any gas delay when you apply to the paddle? I know for the oem, it does for about 0.8 sec delay..

Mike from Eurocharged will take care of you, my brother had his car tuned by Eurocharged, and mine is a Kleemann tune,
Our cars are neck and neck.. only thing is I paid a bit more for my tune from Kleemann, cause EC Canada wasn't set up at the time..
But I know Mike's customer service is Top Notch

I think he means the delay in response time when throttle/pedal is pressed. There is a slight lag / delay the moment you press gas, before the car actually reacts to it and goes.
From what I read and hear, the tune does help the delay.

There was never a 0.8s delay with the throttle peddle. That would be horrendous!
If you force a gear @ 3-4K rpm there's no throttle delay with the tune. Although I don't remember a delay previous to the tune either.

sure let a girl answer your questions
i believe you're talkign about the drive-by wire delay, if so you will feel a difference
this taken from Sprintbooster:
The ETC (Electronic Throttle Control), which is also known as Drive-By-Wire, has the unfortunate downside of delayed response and subdued acceleration, which can create problems in certain situations such as up-hill starts, quick gearchanges and overtaking.

Should have a meet up with some of the GTA guys soon. I am EC tuned, but on a 55K so different animal. I have Personally seen EC tunes gain 40+ whp on the dyno for 63 series cars.
