I do not have an X-pipe for sale but I have used down pipes that will replace your primary cats. I bought them from GT-pro.
I have a documented hp increase as well - about 10hp (which I was not really expecting).

Our Xpipe does not require welding, but 1 cut of the factory exhaust does have to happen. Our Xpipe slips over the factory pipe and is then clamped down.
