About BC Forged

BC Forged is a new subdivision of BC Racing - world renowned for their high performance coilover suspension systems. Since it's establishment in 1999, BC Racing has focused its efforts on developing, designing and manufacturing high performance coilover suspension systems.

New for 2012 is the release of BC Forged's line of ultra-light 2 piece forged wheels. Manufactured out of aircraft-grade Forged T6061-Aluminum, these wheels are made to order to your custom specs. All BC Forged wheels are machined using the latest sophisticated CNC procedures utilizing state of the art machinery. This 2 piece design eliminates the risk of problematic air leaks experienced relatively frequently on 3 piece forged wheels. In addition, extensive finite element analysis (FEA) in addition to Vehicle Specific Weight Optimization (VSWO) are utilized to maximize structural integrity while minimizing weight. In addition, BC Forged wheels are officially JWL and VIA certified.

  • Available in 8.5" to 11" widths
  • Made from T6061 Forged Aluminum
  • JWL/VIA Certified
  • CNC Machined

Is it just me or do the BC wheels look like HRE knock-offs?

HRE doesn't make 2 piece wheels, nor extended spoke designs, nor deep concave designs. I think the center cap is giving you that impression.

Yeah. The center caps were throwing me off. But they do look like ADV1 knock-offs!

I was thinking the same thing drooling over the pics. Maybe it is the red center caps?

I think it's the center caps.

Have a look at the HB09s with brushed center caps:

Good input.

The front wheels in 19x8.5+45 would look like this - essentially a flat profile:

The rear wheels in 19x10+50 would look like this - more of a "mid" concave design:

The rims design looks nice, but I agree on the poor concavity of our cars. These rims will be more popular in the E, CL, S, SL or CLS crowd.

The 19x10 +50 looks concave.. But our cars need +55 to pull it off w/o rubbing on H&R. They look great though.

We've done 19x10+50 on lowered cars multiple times, just not with 275s. You'll need a 265 to clear.

Is the car lowered? The fitment looks great.
But I'm still concerned about the ride and durability of the 20's on some of our local streets.
