I think it's priced too high. I'm trading my 2010 in this weekend and it has similar options and a few more miles and I got 45K on trade. Realistically I think it's a 48 to 50K car.

The market will determine true price but a 2010 is more than 50k from what i've seen recently. You got 45k is realistic as on avg the dealer needs to invest in 3-5k minimum just to bring up the car to selling standard. Then on top of that they need to make some profit.

Why would the dealer spend 3-5k on his car? They will just inspect it and put it on the showroom.

I'm pretty sure a dealer isn't going to be able to sell a 2010 C63 for 56K. I guess it's possible for a sucker to pay that price but I wouldn't touch it. I bought mine a year ago for 54. Nothing needs to be done to my car other than a good washing!

Theres been a 2010 C63 same options as mine with higher mileage that sold for 59k recently from the dealer so I'd say my ask price is fair.

This is brand new... only 90 miles.

You will get 45-48K max for the 2010 with that kinda of miles.

It's like the other thread that is going on.. why buy a CPO car? because a MB has went through it and made sure those 13k miles OP put on are nice miles and not 13k miles through hell and back. Plus OP says 2.5 years left of warranty.. I am thinking this isnt a CPO car atm... thats 3k of value right there.

however, OP has changed his original post to a private sale now.. so these points are mute

this is an amazingly good deal. whoever is in the market for one should take a second look. Definitely undervalued by a lot.

however, judging by the pictures.. it looks like it doesnt have premium package? looks like the key is stuck in the ignition... so umm yea. I would personally pay more for the bells and whistles, especially since this is a C63, but that's just me

Its gotten the CPO inspection with everything replaced already (brakes / tires are practically new) that needs to be already done. I didn't pay the extra to get the actual CPO extension though

I still feel like as a private party vehicle, this is priced too high. Lots of CPO cars going for about the same price. Once you drop below $50k, you'll see serious inquiries.

Good luck with the sale, either way! You have a beautiful car!

Just my 2 cents, since the extended warranty is transferable, op should consider buying a 5years/75000miles one so you can compete with the CPO cars in the market.
