GruppeM Carbon Fiber Intake for C63

Hello Everyone, we would like to introduce to you the GruppeM Carbon Fiber Intake System for your C63 AMG. Please contact us anytime for pricing and details. Thank you for looking on our post.

GruppeM Carbon Fiber Intake System for C63 AMG:

For the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, GruppeM designed the RAMair intake system to increase the volume of air inhalation dramatically when compared with an original duct measured using the flow tester, and duct capacity was expanded allowing greater air volume and flow to move to the combustion chamber, and is balanced perfectly on both intake sides.
C63 with RAMair Dyno Chart

The GruppeM RAMair intake system for the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG has dual introductory ducts on both sides – a comparison photo shows the original balance is maintained on either side, yet compared with original intake, has 1.6 times more duct capacity. This increase in air intake volume is apparent especially at high RPM and intake load. The entire induction flow pattern is expanded so that air moves freely direct from the front grille, away from the engine reducing ambient heat induction, to the combustion chamber.

  • The highest quality materials and manufacturing techniques are visible in every detail.
  • Ideal design and layout configuration for optimal engine performance.
  • Substantial weight savings over stock systems achieved with carbon fiber composites.

Thank you for the compliment.....But ultimately you get what you paid for... True, there are a lot of replicas out there but it's like having a C63 AMG but with a Kia Sophia motor. The Chassis looks like a C63 but will it perform like one? Cost is sometimes a factor that leads to true research and development that will ultimately give your vehicle the performance it needs.

But, we do understand that cost is sometimes outrageous as well.....

Thanks again for your comment....

i understand what you are saying but with this item , it's not mechanical or anything like that . the replicas will do exactly the same thing the Gruppe M will do . if Gruppe M would drop their price and be competative to the other companies making them , they would sell a lot more . how much are you guys selling them for ?

Hello,

GruppeM Retail prices are competitive with the competitors. True dropping the Retails prices a slightly lower will help increase the sales.

Here is an example: Look at Louis Vutton, it is not a mechanical part and it's now being manufacture in different countries. But yet there prices are still high, why is that? Image, quality and performance isn't that what we pay for? We can purchase a replica Louis Vutton and it will look the same, feel the same, but at the end of the day will it last and is it the same?

We aren't trying to sell you on the GruppeM intake, but what we are do sell is quality over price. Our company firmly believes that if we can't sell a quality part to ensure the overall satisfactory to our customers, we won't sell it.

Thank you so much for giving us your input on the GruppeM intake system. We always love to interact with our customers and truly value there feedback.

LOL, I personally dislike what this man say. Come on man, if there is something out there that give the same improvement on performance but with half the price. Then we call what you offer a "Luxury". But From my prespective, buying thing from you doesnt enjoy the same feeling as buying a mercedes AMG rather than a KIA. AND if you think price should go up just because we own more fancy than average car, say it as such. Simply making yourself like AMG vs KIA cases simply is and difference between AMG and KIA isnt about who have a nicer icon in front.

Almost all of the gain will come from simply installing the K and N filters. The problem here is that the stock snorkel attachment point prior to the air box is still the same size, hence that is the bottleneck. Unless your running long tube headers, you're wasting time with something like this, and even then, I doubt this would flow more air. And what's up with the airflow restriction created by the hole for the oil cap??

I had a Gruppe M intake for another car. Nice quality and the coolest part was it sounded like Darth Vader was riding right behind me (mid engine car with intake vents not far back). Awesome sound.
How much are the intakes for the C63?
