That's a custom conversion widebody, no OEM parts involved. We built the bumper and entire car.

They are going to paint the aluminum fin pieces black in the background to make them disappear.

If you have the right connections you can get anything. I got my hands on a CLK BS euro only aero package rear wing back in 2009. I got my hands on SLS heads and cams shortly after the SLS was released. A couple guys here in the states got their hands on the Euro CLK CF door panels, I got my hands on OEM CLK DTM CF seats. Really all you need is a VIN# with most dealerships parts departments and all you need to do to get a BS VIN# is poke around Ebay or Cars.com to find a listing that has a vin or carfax attached to it. As for diminishing the cache of these vehicles...all you need to do is line up one of the poser mobiles next to the real thing on a track to see which one is the real deal(Keith not calling yours a poser mobile by any means) calling the red SGA C63 "replica" in this thread a poser mobile for sure though, or compare resale value of a real BS vs a replica BS in a few years.

2013 C63 Coupe BS Conversion
My dealer was able to get me the BS parts for my 2013 Coupe...I'm not sure but I'm assuming he just submitted a BS VIN#. Once again the term 'poser' comes up. People are free to do whatever they'd like with their cars and there seems to be an overly sensitive crowd who get worked up about the whole thing. I agree that putting a '6.3' emblem on a car that doesn't have that engine or a "Black Series" logo on a car that isn't is ridiculous but nobody looks idiotic except for them so why bother caring so much about it? I did my best to get a BS allocation here in Canada and the only one I found was a guy who bought it, left it sit at the dealership for a few weeks and had the sales guy call me and offer it up to me at a mere $190K! I couldn't find another so I ordered a 2013 coupe with the BS wide body kit and it's as close as I could get. There will not be a "Black Series" logo on my car but maybe I can get some plates that say "NOT A BS" for those who are so concerned about 'posers'. Full conversion being done this October and I'm debating whether or not to share it on this forum given the abuse that I'm sure to take.

I, for one, would be very interested in the conversion, so please create a build thread!

Can you do the same bumper for normal C 63 without the wide front?

Nice work Keith

I have a question though - I see that the fitment is off next to the headlights. (pic below)
Do You think it is caused by:
- the shape of the black series front bumper
- or the shape of the "old" headlights" ?

I am just wondering if a facelifted front bumper would work on my 2008 car.
TIA

The headlights are obviously a little different because the new BS front bumper does not fit exactly right around them. I'm not changing the headlights so I'll have to deal with a small gap between the headlights and the bumper. It won't be noticable unless someone has a C63 or there is one parked close by. Otherwise it looks good.

I'll give you a sneak peak of the rear. The tires are 345-30 19 Pilot Sport Cup and they fit flush in the new rear BS fenders.

I still have 10MM spacers behind them.

The BS rear bumper didn't line up with the previously widened fenders. Yes, we cut them off.
