I'm sure they are swamped right now getting the equipment and orders together. It's not Amazon.com. We'd all like to hear more and get a tracking # etc, but I'm sure they're doing what they can.
I DO hope they are prepared to man the fort adequately after the units ship out. They will be getting a slew of emails with requests for the tune files that everyone will need, and general/tech questions.

we are getting them out as fast as we can! We had a 2 day delay as customs held them on us. Jerry is also on vacation this week so that leaves Adam by himself in houston to handle testing the units, shipping the units, answering the phones, dealing with customer walk ins, and shipping other product as well. (we just lost our receptionist at the houston location as well)

Lack of response? I was out sick yesterday and yet still answering people calls and email way past hours. If you also look at the thread you will notice that we are answering forum posts and pms/emails way past regular buisness hours on a constant basis.

Could everyone do me a favor and email me the following information....

1. Your order number
2. Your VIN
3. What car you have. IE - C63, E63, etc.
4. Your default fuel type
5. What tunes that you would like to have

There seems to be a rumor floating around that this device can only hold a few tunes. However, it can hold many files and we won't charge you for the additional tunes.

Please keep in mind that I will be on vacation until June 4th. I don't want any of you to wait for your tunes, so I will be processing them while I'm gone! :-)

would it be possible to get a list of possible tunes to choose from? I've never actually gotten one and was getting ready to mail my ECU to you when you released this product so i actually have no idea what i'm doing...

According to the description, they were calling it the E-Z Flash, which was their block tuner that was made by a guy in South Africa.

I'm glad to see that they are now offering the Dimsport MyGenius.

We have been working closely with Dimsport on the development of this product and it's currently only available to us (Mercedes)....until Monday at least. :-)

It's the perfect product and I'm glad they are now selling it.
