You will be fine I just found him on linkedin, he is very experienced in fact he came from Lancia where he was previously responsible for rust prevention during the 80's and moved on to Mercedes in the 90's doing the same role. For some reason he was moved to AMG when someone said what harm can it do "one man one engine"
