advise please...confused!!
Looking for a luxury car - doesn't matter whether its a sedan or coupe.
It is going to be my daily car and we get a lot of snow here in the winter..
I've driven pretty much every car thats out there so far except the Audi S5..
So far i've narrowed it down to the 3 - they're totally 3 differnet cars.
E350 coupe 4 matic, 535xi and C63 AMG
E350 coupe - really like the sleek looks and wife thinks its really a head turner on the road. The drive is not bad either
535xi - really like the drive and the steering feel, interiors aren't as good as the MB.
C63 - what can i say?? awesome power and drive..
But can i drive this in the winter? most of what i read was to park it in the garage in winter (which is not what i want) I'm also tempted to do this and keep my existing car for winter.
Payments are pretty much the same for all of them (C63 is a more by about 100 a month which isn't an issue)
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
Anyone who's driving the C63 in canada and their experience in winter?
i absolutely HATE checking the weather 5 times a day during the winter to see if I can take my car or not, have to leave wherever i am early or not, etc.. i'm not saying i'll take the c63 out in a blizzard but i'd like to not get stuck in a couple of inches.. i mean the highways are usually always clear unless it's blizzarding, just the side streets I need to worry about.

what is everyone's experience in driving it on roads that're covered with snow?

The C63 is a different animal, the interior is not as nice, the ride can be a little harsh at times but the instant gratification every time you start it up or press the gas pedal is what did it for me.
If you keep your existing car than the C63 is a no brainer. It can be driven in the snow with the proper tires. A C63 can be a very docile street car when you want it to be.
I have no experience with the 535.
I'm taking the S5 for a test drive tomorrow though..
More confusion!!
Edit: and the coupe is the sexyest of them all.

Test drive of S5 coupe tomorrow..
I had a BMW 550 Xi with a Dinan tune - good power but too soft even in sport +. Wasn't very good in the snow with all season tires - needed dedicated snow tires. Car feels big.
I've had two C63's and driven them both in the winter with snow tires mounted. No problems at all and by far the best out fo these 4 cars.
I woudl highly recommend the C63.
If you're going that direction then the CLS550 with 4Matic is a way better car than the S6 and will walk on it all day long in every situation
