2009 C63 AMG
My 2009 C63 build Thread (nothing major just small stuff)
Its been exactly 3 months now since i purchased my 2009 Iridium Silver C63 AMG and I am still loving every second of it. I decided to create a little build thread of some of the things i did and installed on my AMG. Figured i share some pics of it.
The Day that i bought her.

![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo3-1.jpg)
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/540436_10100985865255602_68114654_51844582_1200293743_n.jpg)

After owning it for a month or so, it was time to get rid of the woodgrain trim look from the factory and Wrap it in CF 3M
(AND YES I KNOW SOME OF THE CF IS FACING THE OTHER DIRECTION, I WILL BE FIXING IT JUST HAVENT GOTTEN AROUND TO IT YET.)
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo4-1.jpg)
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo1-1.jpg)
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo9.jpg)
Then i decided to custom wrap my front grille with some CF 3M and use Plastidip for the chrome part
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo1-2.jpg)
I noticed that the plastidip was chipping on some parts and decided to peel it off and go all CF for the grill. This looks a lot better IMO.
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo31.jpg)
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo11-1.jpg)
Also added a new hood emblem as well. This is how i think it should have came from the factory.
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo21.jpg)
And last but not least i changed out the tacky factory plastic door pins to these nice subtle AMG ones
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo1-3.jpg)
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo2-2.jpg)
![](http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm297/Dpavlic6985/photo3-2.jpg)
Also a few rolling shots that were taken by my friend Thomson.

while you're doing the side markers, also consider buying the newer style side mirror covers off of ebay. i think the ones you have are hideous and it was one of the first things i changed on my car when i finally got it.
