Even with gas nearly 5$ a Gal and racegas at 8.99$ here in San Diego I still agree with you. If your not driving the car whats the purpose of having it?

Let me tell you this. When I bought a brand new SL500 2003 with AMG Package and it was AMG badge already on that means you think dealer is poser too. Stop immature thinking that. Slapping a AMG badge on non AMG doesn't mean represent or call AMG. People driving AMG and think they are hight class and better than non AMG owners. That's completely totally wrong.

i am confused... if you slap an AMG badge on the car... you are pretty much saying this car is an AMG... why else would you put it on? It's like people having letters after their name on their business cards...
and I personally dont think AMG drivers are high on themselves.. at least not the ones I've met so far... but they spent good money, money they worked hard for on a special machine. i can understand their frustration when others mimic their beloved with something else.

Hahahah, I checked the side and the brakes just to make sure and gave the guy a dirty look. He probably thought that I was some loser jealous because he has an S-class until my CL came out from the garage lol

There is a white C300/350 along my commute each morning with C63 and AMG badges....i've been trying to snap pics of him but unsuccessful each time! I see him heading north I-95 out of downtown.

It is not about misunderstanding. It's some Non AMG owners who like what to do for their personal interests. You definitely can't stop people from what they like doing regardless. So stop wasting your time.
