Agree. I'm not that crazy. I'll just wait for my next AMG since all future AMG's will have them.

Very nice accent to the key fob. Gives it a lot of class!

I'd be in for a group buy...but it looks like he jacked the price in his ebay auction to $130.00 plus $20 for shipping. Guess he got wind of the excitement generated in this thread.

As cool as they are, that's pretty steep for key fob covers...

Very nice. Too bad it does not fit the 2009-2010 style key otherwise I think I would have bought a set.

He's always had them listed for $130. Use the Make an Offer option, that's what I did and I got the thing for $100. Others on the PL offered and paid $115. So, I'd make an offer and see what happens
BTW, I got nothing to do with this guy, other than buying a set from him!

Ordered mine. Can't wait. OP, thanks for the thread. I've been wanting a set since I saw them a couple months back online, but no one was offering them. These, plus my AMG door pins should add about 50 RWHP

$130 for some plastic? I mean to each their own but jeez that's an exaggerated price imo. They do look good but I'll just wait.

I agree, it's expensive for what it is, but that's the case with anything made for our cars. It's Mercedes tax. I hate it, but it's there. Look at the price difference between headers for an American v8 engine and headers for our car. Intake systems that cost $2k? A supercharger kit for $15k??? FML, should've bought a Prius, lol.

If I could get the weistec kit for $10K including install, it'd be on order before I even finished typing this post. I believe at the cheapest I've heard it's $10K plus around $5K labor. Anyone please chime in if you've seen otherwise. On a stock M156, the kit would yield an increase of around 100 HP. That's $150 per pony. I haven't hit the lotto yet, so in the meantime, I'll just enjoy my AMG key covers instead

I got a 08

I dont' see why it wouldn't fit

I had an 09 before i traded her in for the Black Series. The only difference I noticed in the key fob was the side that the actual buttons are on. The backside without the buttons seems to be the same that I recall.

It is such a rip-off. They should be free for AMG owners who have paid a huge premium for their cars.
