I know some of you have read my posts on the PL about sourcing a set of these new AMG key covers--they are going to become standard on some AMG models going forward. I got my hands on the first set to hit US shores.
Rumor has it that they add 25hp when equipped and I just confirmed it after coming back from a test run
I paid $100 plus $20 shipping from a guy in Germany. According to the seller, they are 100% OEM and I don't doubt it since the fit and finish is spot on
. PM me if you're interested in buying a set and I'll send you the sellers contact info. A set comes with two key covers (one for each key) and the silver metal box.

but I don't understand why this kit comes with two covers (one with AMG logo and a blank one). Wouldn't you be just replacing the current blank side with the AMG logo cover?Thanks!

The guy emailed me back today and said he's got an order in for more of the key covers. He said they are limited and hard to get, but he thinks he should be able to get another 10-20 sets. For those who want them, I'd just keep checking his ebay listing periodically.
