yeah if they dont really like the idea of straight trade, it would be hard to return them.

unfortunately i did not buy these on credit so I cant do that.

Meng did you have vibration issues with your SV1? I would like monoblock, but IDK if I want to spend more money on their wheels again because I already got a defective product. I'm sure the wheels will be fine but i just feel its unfair to pay for a new set of wheels because the company sold me defective wheels.

Seriously, if they could just trade straight up for monoblocks, or give me some sort of compensation rather than just repair my wheels, that would make me really happy.

Nat, I never had vibration issues with my SV1 wheels. They are driving straight & true up to now... but mine are hubcentric so I'm not sure what was your wheels problem? Did you ask them about the problem?

You dont want to end up with an answer like " we reassembled them, they should be fine now... " ... well dont take a chance, make sure you know the problem is fixed if you decide to keep the wheels... if you have doubt, trade them for monoblocks.

The reason I suggest you monoblock forged cuz they are lighter & stronger. Plus, you have less chance of leakage & vibrations. Zero problems with my HRE monoblocks... better peace of mind than my SV1 who had a leakage between the inner & outer barrels (although it's been fixed for a year now, but still bitter about it lol)

this should be a lesson for everyone...i made the same mistake, thankfully I was reimbursed in full

buy everything from vendors on CC especially 4k wheels.

Why couldn't you return them? They are defective and undrivable. How much time and money have you spent mounting, balancing and unmounting these? Let alone shipping cross country?

so another update. ADV could NOT tell me what was wrong with it. They are rebuilding it and they say it should be good go to (I guess that means it was bad assembly in the first place?). Jordan however told me that if the wheels were to vibrate or leak air again he will take it back and send me 1 piece.

what do you guys think? I'm ok to give them another shot if they know whats wrong with it but even they dont know or cant tell me whats the problem with them...
