Yes, there is a difference. The car in the pic has the LS7 and the 427 but its not a Z06. The new 427 has a steel frame while the Z06 has an aluminum frame. The 427 convertible is pretty much a Grand Sport with a 427 in it.
Overall its pretty close. Same HP and tranny. A few CF bits from the ZR1. The 427 weighs in about 300 more pounds than the Z06.
Its a sweet car and you get almost the Z06 performance in a convertible.

We had the LS7 in a limited edition HSV Commodore, but we don't see that many Corvettes over here.
As far as pricing goes, what are the prices of the cars in question & also for the ZR1?
ZR1s, converted to RHD (which I reckon ruins the car) have been advertised here for $250K!

127K for a completely loaded ZR1. I believe 90K for the 427.
