Yes, true... the PSS seem to take longer to remove this layer than others in my experience.

@MIG... the PSS are as comfortable in my experience in terms of ride quality as any tire max performance tire. There may be tires more comfortable but the sacrifice in other areas would not be worth the trade-offs IMO

Don't mean to thread jack but anyone has experience with Toyo r888s? I got a set of 285 rear take offs and they drone very loudly. Is that normal?

Yes... I run R888 on my M3 track car and they are LOUD!! They also suck in the rain or when it is cold outside so be careful. However, get some heat into them on a dry day and they are awesome tires.

Ah thank you sir!
I do love "drifting" in them when they're cold tho.

Thanks.
In comparison with Conti 5P is a strong loss in comfort?

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
I believe the choice for BS is limited due to the size. From my recollection, PSS has no rear for the BS if one sticks with oem sizes...unless Michelin has added new sizes.

the OME Conti 5P in Canada is far more expensive than the PSS, but PSS does not havs the sizes, expect one size up, but to tight for the OE wheels.
