Most likely just engine oil.
39-40k miles is where the big service is. You get transmission fluids changed out, LSD if you have one, new engine air filters. Also every 2 years or 20,000 miles I think you get your brake fluids flushed as well.
I'm surprised the dealer would change the coolant as it's not recommended until 150,000 miles by Mercedes and when I checked my coolant at 40k miles it was still blue and good.

Also, get a printout from your dealer on all previous maintenance performed. And, list any other maintenance you know was performed. Dates and mileage are required.
I can read all that and give you an exact answer. Without that, anything else is a guess.

The brake fluid is only time based.
