Hi guys,
today finally arrived my C63BS by my MB-dealer. Because of the color and some options from the Performance Center in Affalterbach it took 10 month from order to arriving !!!
This is a great forum and over the last year i found a lot of useful information here.

It looks very similar to Grabber Blue, which I've seen on a co-worker's GT500.

Congratulations!! I'm now guessing you collected it from AMG? I saw it at AMG last week on Tuesday while I was there for a factory tour. It looked brilliant in person and like they had finished with it. No pictures were allowed, only mental ones. :-)) Story on my visit to follow once I'm back home on my PC. Definitely worth the travel!

I will admit, I'm not sold on the colour, but I suspect it's one of those that you really have to see in person, vs in pictures. Some colours just don't photograph well, but in person....they can be stunning.
I will also admit, one of the things I miss in my C63 from my Range Rover is a leather covered dash. I never thought it was a big deal, but having it in the RR and not having it in the C63 makes me notice. There is something extra luxurious about a leather covered dash.....
I don't generally buy brand-new vehicles (I aim for between 6-months and 5 years old....all less than 30,000 miles), but the C63-BS is one that I almost think I should just go and order.....

P.S. It's also nice to be able to scroll through the photos now instead of viewing each one individually. Glad someone is really paying attention to suggestions

This board is pretty outdated anyway. I wonder if the admins would accept a free new custom made skin for the forum and take the opportunity to upgrade vB to the latest version. I can have my team work on that for no fee. I love MBWorld.

In Australia, our locally made GTOs (Your Pontiac GTO) had a VERY similar colour, which was known as "Turismo"!

LOVE the exterior...would love the whole car more if it were satin clear wrapped and the red stitching were blue or white but that's just in my world.
