That's what I was told but I figured that was just a sales pitch. It's probably easier to sell a used 2010 C63 with 14,600 miles in a weaker economy than a brand new luxury model. Although I looked around on other dealerships' websites and didn't see a whole lot of CLS63s.

Always wanted a white car with tan interior. After graduating law school I hunted for a white e46 m3 with tan interior and the only one available had black interior - and I relented and got the car. But didn't haven to settle this time!

basically knowing how you swap cars (and how I do) you will have this car for maybe 12 months if not less.... mod away as its soooooo much fun!!!!! The tune on this car is the real deal- very similar to 997 Turbo gains on their tune if not better. It wakes up the car thru the entire RPM range and gets rid of that somewhat lazy throttle response that comes with the M157's. You will also want the KW lowering kit which actually makes the front of the car more comfortable IMHO. Do the resonator delete and the car will be very loud yet docile inside the cabin. Its a great car- you may not enjoy the electronic steering at higher speeds as the understeer is definitely felt.
Im dumping my CLS after 11 months of long ownership...... maybe
I know you love HRE's so check this thread out as I might be selling mine:

Thanks Vic! What tune are you referring to? The one that comes with my PP or an aftermarket one from a particular vendor?

I feel you would want this for sure coming from C63 which has great throttle response already. (NA version).

Aftermarket for sure... The PP car is faster than the non PP car by about 3 lengths on a roller to about 150 but a tuned car will walk a PP car by about 5 to 6 cars to the same distance. Its that much faster... but I really enjoy the useful gains down low and throttle response improvements.

I have OE on my CLS and had one on my E63TT wagon, excellent tunes. But I dont know if Jeremy is stateside right now.
You can go with a plethora of tuners from Renntech, Weistec, Kleemann, Velos, etc.... all have similar gains. It depends on hard you want to push the envelope.
