Sorry to leave the C63 family....
Story begins with me getting a call and email this week that my dealership wanted me to trade my car in for a new 12 or 13 C63. I respond that I already have a C63 I love and "Iwould only do it for a CLS63 or E63." And only do it if the new car was around my payments, no money down and I get to keep my entire stereo --- yes yes I know, I just got the supercharger but I really didnt think that was a feasible deal on the dealership's end. Well apparently it was. And then they gave me money for my car in addition to the swap. And then....
2012 Diamond White CLS63, P30 package, Limited Slip, khaki interior, dark brown leather console and a goddamn license plate bracket on the front bumper (ugh!!!) etc....

Congrats Pertplus on your new car... what a beauty!!
Your C63 was fully modded though, it must have been hard to let her go.

But wow, you even got money back on the deal? Sounds like you really scored. Congrats, looks great! Diamond White is truly stunning.
And yes, ugh, front bumper plate brackets.

I loved the C63, but the driving on San Diego streets still made it not a 10/10 for me. And the fact that I dont have to get whole new stereo or Escort 9500ci, and with the cash back plus the PP...it minimizes the anguish about leaving behind the supercharger.
Will lower, get clear side markers, tint and maaaaaaaaaaaaaybe wheels.

Also, my C63 payment was probably a little higher than others, because I got it when I traded in a full modded 2005 E55 that they paid me really well for back in 2010. So I didnt have much leverage on the lease payment because of the price I got from them on the car, which was close to what I wouldve asked for if I tried to sell it privately. So I never got the trunk money deals or the $10k off sticker for my C63.
Last one on the lot, end of the month, getting rid of 2012 models, other things I mentioned above, I give great blow jobs?

Congrats Pert!
I had a 2012 CLS on order early this spring but had to cancel once I found out my wife was having twins....
With a tune, your CLS would walk on your C63 all day. And A quick resonator delete for $100 bucks will give you that bark back

That's a really great swap. Nice that it worked out so well. We got a ton of experience with the CLS, so when you decide for some new wheels, give us a call.

I will no doubt miss the sound and feel of the supercharged C63 on the freeway, but for the everyday city streets and overall driving comfort, I like the feel of being in a more stealthy beast of a car. Getting the CLS was the only way they could pry the C63 out of my hands....
Mazel Tov on the twins!!! Who does reliable CLS63 tunes for the newer engine?

Naw, they took the car as is except I kept my stereo and 9500ci. Sorry.
No question that my C63 had a much louder growl and felt basically made me feel that if I blinked, I'd all of a sudden be at 100mph. The CLS63 however feels surprisingly nimble and the ride quality is sooooooo much smoother. I dont know if this makes sense, but with my C63, I felt like I was always in a fast car, but with the CLS, it's as if I am in car that can go really fast but doesnt have to all the time. The CLS feels more effortless when I am driving it.

Congrats on the new car
One question though - why is the steering wheel black if the interior of the car is beige and brown ?? Looks out of place

Congrats man! Dealers are desperate to get their hands on C63's. There are very few in stock (When compared to CLS63's E63's, S63's, etc...) around Socal.
