Some high profile performance shops, one not too far from where we bought our cars actually! Jeremy tuned my car a few weeks ago, he was nice enough to come to my work and 10 minutes later it was all done! Great Aussie customer service!

There is an advanced communication method called "E-mail". If that's too advanced for you, there is always a phone number. OE tuning have both. Try using them when you want to communicate with OE. Tell the person who's giving you rumors to quit :-)
