Despite that, people still notice my car. Every so often there will be a European car full of guys behind me that are going crazy, pointing at my car. They usually honk or rev and ask me to gun it off the light.

Couples times at gas stations a girl (or two) will comment about how much they would like a ride. Married, no can do. An older woman in a C sedan said that once also. I couldn't tell if she was hitting on me also, or genuinely wanted a ride.
"wanted a ride"?....what sort of "ride?!!

Funny thread.

We get the occasional walk by stares. Then there's this one time I was pulling to the curb to pick up the wife from barnes nobles on a rainy day and an older man mouthed 'wow' and pointed at the car and looked at his family. I, of course, had to drop it in gear 1 for the growl drive by.
