natman, i love this trim kit... but not even comparable to the OEM pcs. At least I paid less than 200$ for it. LOL
Off topic, what is the situation on your ADV? Did you get them back yet?

Where do you guys get this 3M CF wrap from?
Can it be removed easily once you sell the car or if you just get tired of it?

I got my roll of 3M CF Di-Noc on ebay few years ago.
Very easy to remove if you get tired of the look. It's just a sticker.

Hey Roswell, use a hairdryer or heat gun to gently heat the pieces. If you press on them and let them cool like that, they will straighten and conform better...
Don't know if it was mentioned already...That's your best bet. It's Acrylic so it has to be shaped. It warped when it cooled during manufacture.

Zephyr, thanks for the advice but I tried everything already.
I even tried e-mailing Hakimov to get new replacement parts, but to no available.
So I have decided to wrap them in CF Di-noc instead, it was my first time wrapping with this material.. so it's far from being a prefect job but it's good enough for me. The seat control is the most time consuming as I had to be extra careful when cutting around the memory seat.
What you all think?

Roswell,
It's looking good. I ordered mine as well. Should be arriving soon.
Did you remove all parts to wrap them?

Abcut, r u talking about my trim kit (like prindone) or my door trim wrap job? Well, the trim kit is easy to install w/o removing anything. The wrap I also did it w/o removing the door trim, but I used my old trim kit as template.. So it made it easy to wrap & not much to cut while on the car.
Prindone, yeah once u heat the trim it should expand & soften a bit. Make sure to clean the area before applying cuz the double side stickers are not that good. They seems to peel easier especially in hot days.

Yeah i was talking about the wrapping job you did. I was thinking about removing all pieces since i don't have any template to use. Thanks

I didn't get that, maybe some kind of adhesive promoter.
Is ur kit from klasso/Hakimov? Any link? I emailed them to get the door trim replacement, but they didn't bother to reply.

your kit looks very different from my kit. Mine is thicker & very shiny. The one you have looks like pre-cut regular CF vinyl, and it doesn't look like it will fit at all. Return it.
