Im interested in purchasing a cf hood. I was hoping to see what this install looks like before i purchase. Ive purchased products in the past based on photots only to find that upon delivery I received something totally different. Please drop me a line if you ever get around to installing yours. What manufacturer hood did you purchase. Did you purchase from a US dealer or locally?

Thanks for the reply guys. I'm looking forward to viewing your cars sometime. Please keep me in mind should you guys have a local meet. I'm sort of new on this forum having had a brief affair with Audi. Feels good to be back.

M156 and LS7
Dads hood is good, I would recommend it, much lighter than stock one, 20 lbs vs 50 lbs, vents keep the engine cool, sometimes you can even see the heat come out under the hood, fitment is not perfect but good, somehow feels nerrower than the stock
