There's no CPO and you are already the second owner of the car. It makes people wonder if there was something wrong with the car.
If you really have to let it go you might want to think about lowering the price a bit or seeing if the dealership will buy it from you. You're going to take a hit one way or another, but it doesn't hurt to seek out more options.

Second, you have a 2012 with 6000 miles and you are the second owner and the car isn't even a CPO.
THere are a whole lot of CPO C63s with extra warranty and single owners selling for waaay below $70k.
You know where I am going with this right?
Sorry bud, you're gonna have to either stick with this car or have to take it in the *** from the dealer.
You are better off driving it for a year or so because you will be able to sell it for not much less.

Just like when I sold my 09 C63 last week. Plenty of cars listed in mid 40s but they just don't sell. My car was pristine and CPO and I sold it in a week.
I could have gotten a 2013 C63 coupe MSRP $84K for a tick over $70K. No way someone will pay $71K.
I was referring to high 50s if he needs to sell it quick. If not, he could probably get low 60s but that will take a while.
You are asking too much in my opinion. I left mine go just before the warranty was going to expire. I traded with worn out tires and brakes 60% worn out.
My suggestion is to keep driving it for a while. You wouldn't lose that much on depreciation and instead you can enjoy it
either way, glad you can still keep on driving this incredible machine
