Calling all members who put a car seat in their C63
I have a 2 month old, a 7 year old and a 5 year old. The 2 month old is in the baby seat behind the passenger and the other 2 are in boosters. There isn't much room back there. At times I have to help them put their seatbelts on. I'll need to upgrade to an SUV or a min-van
soon. So I'll just trade in my wife's car, lol
The little one loves the roar of the C63 with IPE headers. She even goes to sleep very quickly on a motorway run funny enough.
Enough leg room for front passenger although my wife hardly seats in front now.
Definitely good enough as a daily car up till one has 2 kids.
As i plan to only have two, my C63 saloon is ideal and will stay for a long long time!
V8 forever ... woo hoooo!!!

I tried to install an Evenflo Triumph LX in my sedan and unfortunately it comes in contact with the drivers seat even with the seat pretty far forward. I'd put it in the middle, but the base would cover the seatbelt latches.
Any suggestions?

I can take a picture when I get home from work today.
Can you send me a pick either way?

Also, how old was your son when you turned him forward? I think ours is big enough (13mo, ~22lbs) but heard it is ideal to keep them rear facing until 2yo.
Thanks for the insight. Did you attempt the FLLO rear facing at all? Would you say it is considerably longer than the Pipa even without the rebound bar installed?

- Diono Radian RXT - not a chance at rear facing, did not even attempt it
- Clek FLLO - without the rebound bar it is about as deep as the Nuna Pipa, which allows for someone ~5'4" to sit in the front passenger seat but probably not someone much taller. The rebound bar adds ~3" depth to the carseat (recommended for rear-facing) which would render the front passenger seat mostly useless. Installing in the center rear is an option, except with this setup my son wouldn't be able to see me and I would not be able to reach into the back seat so it doesn't work.
- Nuna Rava - they suggested I try this one and it is actually an inch or two shorter than the Pipa, even at maximum recline. Installed behind the passenger seat I would guess someone under ~5'6" could sit reasonably comfortably, taller could probably manage for short trips.
None of these seats would have any problem front facing.
