price for both shipped to 94518. for a 2012 p31 coupe. Is the install difficult? does it just bolt in?

I'd like a price quote on both the Wavetrac and Quaife shipped to 63108 please. Do you know if the Wavetrac is drop-in on a 2012 P31 Coupe or if the diff housing has to be ground to fit? Im having my local dealer perform the install and don't want a huge freak-out over fitment...

I had Wavetrac fitted in 18 and ealier this year had to replace the pinion seal.
Otherwise all has been great and love it, was my first mod followed by larger front engine oil cooler from 63 Motorsports.
