MY 63 WA build thread
Hi guys
Well after an agonizing 6 month from order placement I finally received the call from the stealer today that my car has arrived. Delivery expected Wednesday.
She is a 2013 Tenorite Grey C63 Coupe, with P31, LSD, driver assist, with Black/Porcelain two tone interior and brushed aluminium trim (all other US options are standard on Aus delivered C63s).
I have already received the full Vorsteiner aero kit, MACarbon interior kit, Ramspeed DC72 rims (19x8.5 &19x10), BOCA intake and mirrors, KW V3 coil overs and the OE tuning handheld, all of which will be fitted in the next week or so.

I was loaned a Falcon XR8 a few years back when i stationed there
Are you from Perth? I was in Fremantle for a few months. Loved Western Australia. Favorite part of my journey.

Hi mate
Yep from Perth, I live about 20 mins from Freo, but I keep my boat in dry dock there so go there all the time. Yep the Ford is pretty sweet, fully modified in all respects and done properly including brakes, coil overs, oil coolers, tail shaft, half shaft etc. it's great to drive, can be as placid and well behaved as a stocker until you put your foot down and being supercharged it is just instant torque. The idle gives it away, sounds very sinister!
That shot was centre spread in a car mag last year! The rest are iPhone snaps, enjoy :
From this point on it is C63 pics as the mods start.... Yes I am addicted to modding cars... Tastefully

C63 looks great brotha. In true stealer ship fashion, looks like they came close to scrubbing your lower front fascia on that curb.

I have already been on the Wiestec site, just trying to work out whether I get my current tuner to mad scientist a 3 whipple set up himself or just buy off the shelf. The thing is it will have to be stage 3 and then you have to add all the fruit to do it right and it gets expensive.
Ill drive the car with just the OE tune for a while and then take the plunge down the track, I just don't want an obnoxiously loud car like I have now with header, full cat delete and twin 3 inch cat back.

G'Day from Melbourne...Nice car....some good options too....we have similar on our '12 C63. Surprisingly, a lot of buyers do not option LSD...gotta have it I reckon.

Waiting now for wheels to be fitted so will chuck up more pics shortly of interior also, I am really pleased with the way the interior has come out, I was a little unsure when I ordered and was going to go safe with all black, so glad I took the punt on the two tone, it is stunning. Ill have the full MACarbon to go in next week and that will finish it off as the brushed aluminium clashes a bit with the porcelain sections whereas the darker carbon fibre will be perfect!!!

Wheels are, definitely highlights the need for a drop in height, KWs next week.
I'm thinking 20s would have been better too
Ill get some better shots later with the camera but the gun metal centre is very close to the car colour. The 7 spoke shows off the brakes much more than OEM multispokes too
