D2 CV2
Hello all! Getting ready to sell my OEM 19's and make my first major purchase for my 2013 Coupe. Really like the look of the D2 CV2 and was wondering if any members have pics of them and experience with the brand? Thinking of going with 20's as I think they look good with the Coupe.
Thanks in advance!

20's looks awesome, but you have to watch for potholes in Ottawa. LOL

LOL this thread is too funny.. Instead of being about D2 CV2 wheels, it's about hungry wolves in the search of OEM 19's. Hahaha!
Well, OP is local to me.. And his silver wheels are spoken for by another local guy, too bad cuz I almost bought myself a second set.
If the sale falls through, I'm sure OP will post a FS thread.

Hello larrybarber, we are here for you if you need any info's on the wheels and pricing. We can definitely do 20's all around and that would provide a sick stance to the car. But for performance and traction 19's would be more advantageous.

Wheels are pristine! Only 4k KM. As Roswell mentioned, I have given the buyer until mid Feb for a deposit. IF that deal falls through I will post a message in the forum.
D2 thank you for the reply. I'm sure the 19's would be the smarter choice, but I find it difficult to make a major purchase of wheels and not go up a size! And I certainly don't track my car so it's more of a cruiser at any rate.
The car is currently dropped but I was hoping to go 20X8.5 in front with 20X10 in back. Is this doable? Again, much like up upsize from 19 to 20 I find it difficult justify going aftermarket if I'm not going to get a substantially wider stance.
And finally, if I place my order by Feb 14 I'm assuming an April 1st delivery is possible? Thank you in advance.

D2 can custom offset any size to suit ur need. I'm 100% sure it's doable! I agree 20's will look better on the coupe & for cruising!!
I would suggest u 20x8.5 +38mm & 20x10 +55mm for flushness w/o rubbing. But let's wait for D2 opinions as they are the professional!
I can't wait to see them Larry, they are going to look baller!! Lol

Appreciate the feedback/help as always! I'm pretty excited to get this started! And with the -35 degree weather we're having right now it makes the wait seem even longer!

Lol.. Tell me about it.
U should be shopping for 16 inch steelies with snow tires , not 20 inch fancy wheels. Muhahaha!
Good luck with ur wheel project! Hope to meet u in the spring.
P.S look in the wheel/tire section.. There is a nice brand new set of HRE P44SC at a great
deal.. Makes me want to buy another set. Lol

Went ahead and made my purchase! For those who are interested (Roswell)...
D2 CV2
20X8.5 20X10
Matt Black Face, Gloss Black lip and inner barrel with Red strip on lip
245/30 & 285/25
Thinking/hoping the red will really accent the red calipers and red leather interior. VERY excited and can't wait for spring! Thanks to Stefan and D2 and also Roswell for his input.

This color combo is going to look amazing on ur car Larry! Can't wait to see them.
Btw, can u share the offset or is it secret? I'm curious on how u will pull ur 285/25/20 w/o rubbing in the rear.. U must have at least a 20x10 +55mm.

Thanks Roswell! Very excited by the setup. Not sure of the offset but confirmed there would be rubbing with the H&R springs. It is wider than most people are going with so I'd be interested in knowing how it will be done as well.
Perhaps someone from D2 can let everyone know the offset?

Did u mean: "there would be rubbing" or "there would be no rubbing" with ur drop?
If they rub, what will be ur solution to solve it?

With our custom wheel setups there is no rubbing. If anybody needs more help with a wheel setup, let us know.

how can a 285 fit without rubbing? Regardless of the offset? It's either touching the inside on the rear or sticking out for sure.

It's all about offset.. It's certainly doable.. I can guess +58mm for guarantee zero rubbing on the fender lip, but i'm not sure about the suspension clearance. That's why I guessed +55mm as compromise.
Too bad D2 are keeping the offset secret, it's going to make it more difficult for OP to sell the wheels later in the future, unless he sells to another C63 owner.

That's what you get with custom made forged wheels like ours. We make them fit, that's it! That being said, when's your turn to go 20's all around?

+58 with a 285 will touch the inner side. + 55 with a 285 will stick out by about 0.5mm and still very likely to touch the inner side. I would like photos of the rear when they're fitted if possible please.

D2, I love the look of 20's.. But our cars are not design for them as 25 profile tires are too thin for comfort.
C-63, let's wait this spring for the OP feedbacks.. No point to speculate at this time. Nonetheless, a lil rubbing never hurts & is worth the flushness look.
