Looks like a wrap. Doesn't look like the factory matte paint

 

If you are outside the state then you can order it as special paint from AMG performance studio

 

It is called magno allanite grey.

I'm not sure if that's the right color, it looks more bronze than the Magno Allanite designo grey. Here's a car for sale in that color:

No, buy some eyeglasses. That's bronze not gray.

 

They're quite relaxed with test drives too... I was there a month ago and they let me drive a tuned C63 Coupe, and an M5 without a chaperone. They offered their V10 R8 but I declined. Looks like the Black Series they have is pending already.

Back to the color issue, I saw the one that I linked to in person and it was all kinds of gray, not bronze like the one from the OP. Looks like a wrap to me.

 

Dang, it's gone. I went down there to see it but it was picked up a couple of days ago. Another beautiful silver coupe was there though. And a gorgeous white M5!

 

Was probably the Black Series coupe hey have in stock? I thought about going to check it out today too.

I guess im too young to trust with test drives. almost bought a lotus esprit from them a while back. They kept giving me the run around about the car, i went down there twice to look at it and test drive. atleast i got to sit in it . they didnt want to take me serious and it was only 30k$. oh well.

no idea on the color but definately not the matte grey.
