Parking brake
If no electronic brake, would there be an option of getting one fitted.....

2. Consider an Audi RS5. It has a electronic parking brake that is applied by flipping a switch near the gear selector between the front seats.
Sorry about the loss of your legs. Not sure where you live, but it is pretty much the same in most states and counties. (or so I have been told by an ex co worker who has hand controls for everything on an auto Mustang GT). The county/State will cover the costs to modify the vehicle to make it usable for disabled people. My ex co worker had a birth defect and the legs never developed. So it is doable if you really want the C63..
Then again.. I am not sure if the states or counties have a cutoff value where they will not do the modifications. (ei preventing people with money and expensive cars using state funds to perform work on the vehicle).
Check with your city council, they should be able to point you in the right direction.
Worse case.. there are plenty of smart people here.. I am sure we could rig something up to use your arms to engage the parking brake..

Personally I have never used my parking brake unless parked at an angle on a hill or the car is on a ramp to be lifted.
Out of interest, can the key / fob be removed if the car is left in gear?
