I've dynoed there a couple times myself. That dyno reads really high, as a typical tune only car will put down about 450whp, and a tune+header car will do 500whp+. My last 2011 C63 with Kleemann tune and MBH headers did 501whp on that dyno, but only 470whp on a couple other local dynojets. See below thread.

I was usuing Chevron 94...the tune was for 93 octane. Up here in vancouver we have 94 octane at local chevrons.

Ok,it's worth to do a tune on a stock P31 let's say with normal bolt ons like filters and exhaust or not?Can someone please let us know,has anybody race a P31 with just a tune against a stock P31?Lets finally put an end to this,nobody seems to have a concrete answer.

I have seen that video too,that's not what I'm referring too,I'm talking about two P31 from factory,one stock and the other one with just a tune,cause some people stated that they didn't gain almost any horsepower at all,and others say the contrary,in that video one is a P31 and the other one is not.

Just picked up the car a few days ago, loving it, but I'm a bit of a tweaker lol, stock just can't be good enough, can it?? lol

AH my bad... I read your post too quickly.

I rode in and drove a P31 tuned car... Felt much faster then my P31 stock car.

Try OE Tuning, excellent communications and they were able to tune my car when Eurocharged wasn't

I may take mine back to the track Saturday, though I should be going with the WS6 but haven't had a chance to mount up drag radials for either car lol. Weather is supposed to be warmer than when I ran it stock (by 10-15*) but I'm curious to see if there's a trap speed improvement.

If you get to go,please let us know the result,thanks.That's exactly what I'm talking about,a P31 stock went to the track and ran 11.9 at 118mph,then I did the tune and ran etc at etc,I know conditions vary but trap speed should give you a pretty good idea if is ok to do a tune or not.Thank you guys for all of your inputs on this,is just that I'm tired of reading wow my p31 made so much horsepower and then another person saying my only made five horsepower it's not good to spend the money on it,this way will know per sure if it's good to do it or not.

No need to bother with a tune on P31, unless you get headers, or a race gas tune

its actually quite simple.. get a dyno day..
make sure they all have the handheld programmers.

get 4 guys with c63 2 with P31 and 2 without.

let each of them do 4 runs. 2 stock and 2 flashed.

Personally I am yet to see a single P31 dyno sheet making more power on 91 octane on a 2012 P31.
I have now done about 12 dyno runs on my 2012 P31 and honestly the difference was probably around 0%.
In some cases I lost horsepower and in some i gained. but the max gain in on one was 5hp and i think the max loss in the other was 3hp. SO all things equal i would zero them out as 0 difference.
Let it be known that I am in California and on 91 octane and it seems to me that those gaining are on 93.
A dyno is a phenomenal tool to show a difference between two factors. especially if you can do them in quick succession.
There is no need to go to a track, there are way to many factors that could much with the times. and in this case a dyno would be way way better..
I also bought a tune from one of the sponsors here but I am holding out to see if we can resolve this lack of horsepower gain issue.
If anyone else would send me a tune to test I will pay for the dyno times comparing the tunes and also comparing them agains the handheld tune from brabus I have.
If anyone can get me a tune that even remotely resembles the 67hp gains mentioned here.. I will gladly buy your product. and a sticker a spoon and 10 t-shirts..

i don't get this. isn't p31 just in the tuning over a regular c63 from factory? i would think a tuned non p31 would pull on a p31 car by a bit. if not, than a p31 car shouldn't net much gains from an aftermarket tune and from reading the board i'm seeing that the tunes are making power ontop of what p31 cars area already making. in the end i would think p31 or not, if they're both aftermarket tuned they should run similar, no?

Here are the results on a P31 with JUST a tune. Numbers are corrected. I will update the first post.

Its interesting when you look at the A/f how much more leaned out it is from the stock P31 run.

In response to the post from Velos above, I would encourage your company to post the results from your tunes on any P31 in SAE, that showed any positive gains.

I have found that Weistec's experience in making four digit hp numbers with their supercharger, makes them superior at tuning anything M156.
According to my research, I have found that Weistec produces more power than anyone for a reason; experience and innovation.

That is LuckyKimmy's C63 P31 with our tune ONLY. No supercharger. The gap would be about 8 times that with a supercharger. That race was actually set up to show potential customers the power difference in our tune. Hope you guys enjoy!
