Looking to purchase - tell me what you think!
New to the site and looking to upgrade from a FBO bmw 335i to a C63 amg.
Please take a look at this car and tell me if the price is okay for the amount of miles on it. I saw it yesterday and looks great - clean carfax, one owner, updated maintenance, and fresh tires. Lastly, I can't tell if it has the development package?

Thanks!!!
Get the VIN and have someone here run it so that you can get all of the appropriate information on it.
I say post the VIN in one of the decode threads and you'll get the list of all options.

If it's 09 then the red calipers were most likely painted because the P30 package that year did not have red calipers. The lack of alcantara steering wheel also points to the same thing.
Just as a reference since I'm not familiar with the pricing for C63's in your area. I got mine a year ago for $45k out the door. It's an 09 with 32k fully loaded.
Just b/c it may not be worth it to me or someone else here, that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be worth it to you "One mans junk is another man's treasure"!
Every seller and car has a buyer, the question is, "how long do you have to wait to find that buyer"?
I could have spent a couple more thousand and bought a P31 over the P30 that I bought but, I wanted the Carbon Fiber interior that the P30 had, that was more important to me than the few extra features that the P31 possessed. IMO, my car at 40K was well worth the price I paid (previous owner owed and had to write a check for the $7XXX difference when I took it over). I knew exactly what I wanted to do to the car once I bought it (mods) I did my mod research so I knew how much extra money I would spend and knew about how much of a performance gain I would see, that was exactly what I wanted so it was worth it to me.
I know the history of the car from the 2nd owner to the last owner, there is a "dealer buy back" on it, and the reason is clear to me, I just had no concern for the idiotic reasoning of the original **** buyer to demand the dealer to buy it back over his miniscule concern of a couple interior parts not cooperating correctly.
Just take your time, do your research and make the right decision the first time, the car isn't after dinner dishes that you can re-wash if you don't clean them right.
Pretty sure, if you walk into the dealer and our willing to buy now and right now, he'll agree to 40-41k.
