School me on wheels...
I am planning on buying some Forgestar CF10's this week, but I really don't have a clue about what to order for wheel measurements. On the fence between going with 19's or 20's. Not sure what a good offset would be for the c63. Can someone make me some suggestions please? Also keep in mind that I just ordered some H&R springs that will drop it ~0.75" as well.
From this page, http://www.forgestar.com/v2/wheelscf10.php, the measurements for the wheel sizes are:
SEMI CONCAVE
19"
19x8.5 offsets from +14 to +52
19x9.0 offsets from +20 to +60
20"
20×8.5 offsets from +10 to +50
20×9.0 offsets from +16 to +56
DEEP CONCAVE
19"
19x9.5 offsets from +2 to +42
19x10 offsets from +8 to +48
19x11 offsets from +21 to +61
19x12 offsets from +34 to +74
20"
20×10 offsets from +15 to +55
20×11 offsets from +27 to +67
20×12 offsets from +40 to +80

I would recommend 19". Good compromise between look and performance.
+40 offset in the front, +52 in the rear.
Depending on the tire brand you select you should be fine with 245 front, 275 rear without rubbing on H&R springs (265 rear with Michelin to be safe).

yep definitely ask for +52mm with the 19x9.5 or 19x10 .. the +48mm is too aggressive, and will required u to use stretched tires.

yes, +40 is good with 8.5 front... you can actually do +35 or +38mm... My 19x8.5 +41mm HRE could use a 3-5mm spacers in the front.. so i think it's safe to say 19x9 +40 is also safe.

I have 19" CF10's on my car. Easy way to calculate what offset you think you need is to remember this...every half inch in wheel width results in a 6mm difference in offset...so for example, the stock rear is a 9" ET54...if you wanted to go to a 10" wheel and have the wheel stick out 12mm more then stock, you would keep the same offset of ET54 with the 10" wheel. If you want to push it out 12mm with a 9.5" wheel you would go with an et48 offset. Depends on how aggressive you want it to look. I have 8.5" ET45 front and 10" ET52 rear. I love the setup. Fronts stick out 6mm more then stock and are a few mm from flush, but the flares are nice and big in the front...rears stick out 14mm more then stock and are flush. I love the stance. It is the rear of the car that is really weak in stock form so I felt the need to be more aggressive in the rear. Do not go from what the website says...the 19" wheel in 10" can be ordered in a higher offset then 48. Also, I think anything under 10" is not deep concave, but I could be mistaken.
I am on:
245/35/19
275/30/19 tires and I do not rub.
if you are lowering, you might have to go with 265 rears on the 10" wheel... in which case I personally would do a 9.5" wheel as I do not like the look of that much stretch.
