I left a template for a FL coupe in post 127. It's not good enough for what you need (and could certainly be improved) but it will give you a head start if you can find a local car for test-fitting.

We are working on it it will be a couple weeks, carbon is on order and we are tweaking the template along with the molds.
Thanks for the patience guys and Welder guy is the one helping me with this project so if you have any questions either of us can help.

He is doing a laminate with two layers of carbon on the top and bottom sides, it will also be going to a middle layer that is a fiberglass box weave but that is not in yet, the thickness is 5 mill

We were going to do the U shaped plate piece and then clamps on the top and bottom. We figure every one could decide on their own on how they want to mount them. Their are a few examples on how in this thread.

They measure about 5mils closer to 6mils, about .225" to be exact

It is real carbon fiber, a coremat to get to thickness of 5mils.
