Park Place Fort Worth SA Recommendation?

Park Place Fort Worth SA Recommendation?
Anyone purchased from park place Fort Worth, Texas, that would recommend their sales associate there? Looking to stop in and look at one of their cars.

Wish I could help you, but I had such a negative purchase experience with Park Place Fort Worth and Park Place Grapevine that my best suggestion would be to avoid them.
That was just a bit over a year ago, so perhaps things have changed for the better.

Well - I had a good experience buying my clk from them a few years ago. I had Ramzi Baransi as my sales associate, and we had no problems with him, and Paul Clay in the financial office has always been so helpful whenever I have had any questions or needed PDFs of any of my paperwork emailed. In fact I just got an email from Ramzi a couple weeks ago checking in on me and wishing me a happy birthday - so I guess it depends on who you work with.
Now - I have read rather icky things about the service dept at Park Place, so Im not sure how you'd fare there... I've never taken my car back there for service - I have used Moss in Louisiana and Georgetown in Austin for that as they are near to my residences.
Also I'm not sure if there is a Park Place Mercedes in both Ft Worth and Dallas or if it's one in the same - as I think I went to "Park Place Dallas"...

Hi, ask for JC. His name is Jonathan. He is my favorite person there. I bought 1 C63 from him and he took care of me on another C63. He is the best sales associate I have ever had period.
As for the service department. WORST I have ever experienced. Go to the Park Place in Dallas (Lemon Ave.) for service. Just trust me on this one. You will regret it if you use the Ft. Worth service department. Everyone I know has had nothing but problems there. One time they changed my oil and forgot to but the bleepin cap back on. I drove all the way home with oil flying everywhere. I didnt notice it cause it was raining and foggy. They never rectified that situation. Ugg, Im going to just stop there or im going to write a novel on all the stories I have from that piece of *#&$ dealership.
But ya, Jonathan is great. Ask for him and you will be happy.
