What is Leaking from my Car?
Got an oil change and brake fluid change from my dealer a week or so ago. Haven't driven the car since getting it back and parking it in my garage. Backed the car out into the driveway today and saw this fresh orange fluid on the ground. It was still wet so it must have started leaking after I started the car. Does anyone know what it is? Am I in trouble?

not at home anymore, but is this something that I should be worried about? should I immediately take it back to the dealer or is it probably just a one time instance not from a leak somewhere?

Brake fluid is extremely corrosive on paint. You do not want wind-blown brake fluid deposited on paint as best case you will see permanent spots if not rinsed off. If it is brake fluid and it were my car I'd rip the tech a new one...no excuse for that IMO.

Do this, overnight, place some cardboard or something under your car to determine if there's a leak at all. Then, you can analyze the viscosity and smell of the fluid to determine what it is.

tried smelling it today, but couldn't really get a scent. there was more leakage on the driveway after i took it out, but then i saw that it might be coming from the exhaust. is it just dirty water? can't tell if it's leaking anywhere from under the car, but i can check again tomorrow...

Hmm, doesn't look like dirty water, but then again, I'm not sure what kind of crud builds up in our exhausts. How does it feel? You should be able to tell if it feels like water or something else.

water is pretty normal from condensation or bi-product of good combustion, as long as its not coming from the calipers i think youll be alright.

Oil is seeping up from a gigantic oil deposit directly below your garage. Soon you will be rich beyond your wildest dreams, richer than even the Beverly Hillbillies JK, couldn't resist.
It looks strange, oil is usually clearish (when new) not sure what MB uses for brake fluid but a lot of the german synthetics when new are green or blue (dye). Logically one would think if it is BF from a sloppy install it would only come from the M/C area resevoir, or near a caliper (unless you have a leak somewhere else).
Isolate the general area where its accumulating, get a bright flash light, get it up on ramps if you need to, figure out where its coming from.

How often do you drive the car? Does it sit for long periods of time?
Water out of the exhaust is pretty common if the car isn't driven much

it doesnt have to not be driven for long. just long enough to cool off. Benz brake fluid is very clear with the slightest hint of yellow to it. if your fluid looks green or yellow or blue and its not aftermarket you should flush that **** asap.

I literally just got the brake fluid flushed and changed at the dealer. I used to drive the car daily, but recently got a different car to use as a DD and I haven't really driven the c63 in 2/3 weeks. i'm guessing it's just some water build up then and the brown is just coming from some dirt or build up in the exhaust.
