Go with the 20"s! It will close the fender to tire gap much better than 19"s.

The CV3 in 19" does not clear the front callipers. The inner raised ridge (that the valve stem mounts on) makes the diameter too small.

OP: Will CV5's in 19"s fit? What do the CV5' in 19's weigh? And CV2 in 19s?
