The E63S is a different beast altogether. By some accounts it puts out well over 630 HP straight from the factory. It is f***ing awesome.
Rage2 - the forged internals won't affect the actual power output, but they would affect the throttle response and how fast the engine revs up. Of course the difference in the real world (i.e. when it is driving the whole car instead of revving it in neutral) would be very minute.

I am surprised. I have a 2009 and 2013 with P31 and LSD and carbon fibre. The 507 felt faster, but I could be wrong.

Jerry told me the v5 tune plus CD and K&N should be in the 525-530 range at the crank. Makes sense to me when considering the E63's 518. Surely the tune would get it at least to the 518? Throw in 5-10 more for the CD and K&N combo?

Looking at getting one of these in the next couple of months and I'm having difficulty finding the complete full specs for a 2012+ P31 Development Package. I know about the engine internals, Tune, and Higher Top Speed, But does it include anything else like LSD Etc..

The P30 package was a predecessor to the P31, and while it lacked a number of the upgrades in the P31, it had a proper limited-slip differential and an AMG track-tuned suspension (which were subsequently removed from the P31 cars in the US). While the LSD could be optioned separately, the AMG track-tuned suspension was completely removed because of ride-quality complaints by US customers.
The Canadian APX package car has all of the above (including the AMG stiffer suspension) fitted as standard.
EDIT:
The spec sheet also lists it as being completely de-restricted speed-wise (instead of it being raised to the higher limit) and people have reported hitting top speeds just shy of 300 km/h in the 2012/2013 MCT-equipped cars, although some literature still mentions the raised speed limiter as opposed to it being completely removed.
