Good day for a wash. MB & BMW content
So, finally some peace and quiet around here. My step brother left for 2 weeks in Korea today and the lady friend is out of town for the weekend. So, I took the opportunity to wash my cars and then take crappy pictures. I will grab either my parent's good camera or get somebody to take pictures other than in my garage some day but this is what I have for now..
Also, I recently posted about missing bolts on my 3 piece wheels. Well, today I found another but it was still in. While cleaning the wheel it seemed loose. Well, it seems as though whoever assembled them last actually didn't under-torque them but over-torque... Snapped bolt picture below.
Enjoy
Quicky of the snapped bolt
And, the rest...
Stay tuned!

That 335 made me consider trading my c63... I just wouldn't have the cash on top and would have to get rid of my 1 as well. So I'd go from 2 almost non-dd's to 1 definite non-dd. Needless to say I decided on keeping what I already had.
However, when 55k falls into my lap I know where it would go haha.

ADV sent extra bolts so I just popped in another for now. Still undecided with what I am going to do. I'll likely take the one that is bent to a wheel specialist to see if it can get balanced, if not, I'll have another single wheel made, change up the powdercoat, and have everything reassembled. I'm not too worried right now though.

Nice pictures OP... the rear wheels/tires of your car is very aggressive by looking at your pic... cool angle!
As for your wheels, I would send them back to ADV for reassembling.. they are a ticking bomb it seems, bolts snapping this way is extremely dangerous. Your wheels structural integrity seemed compromised.

^I agree, but it really isn't as bad as I've made it out to be. I'll switch them out shortly, mainly when I have the time, and then go from there. I don't drive too much or too fast on the wheels. I'm hoping that either A, I can have the one bad wheel straightened out and be good to go or B, I'll have to have a new wheel made. I just want to get the life out of these tires so I can hopefully work out some type of deal to re-powercoat/assemble/tires through ADV
